What we collect
- Email address, when you join The Court or request a product.
- Consent records: the wording you saw, the form, the time, a hashed version of your IP address and your device type (mobile or desktop).
- Scent Finder answers and result, which we link to your email only if you request your full card.
- Tracker progress. It stays on your device unless you request a private link, in which case we store your ticks and start date against your email.
- Download requests, so we can send the guide you asked for.
- Where you came from: campaign tags, referring site and approximate country.
- Link clicks: which tracked link was used, country, referring site and device type. We do not store your IP address with clicks.

Marketing and unsubscribing
You receive marketing only after you confirm your email. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. We keep your address on a suppression list so we do not email you again by mistake. Free products never require marketing consent.
Cookies
We set one first-party cookie, nc_ft, for 30 days. It remembers the campaign and site that first brought you here, so we know which content works. It holds no email address. Your browser also connects to Google Fonts to load this site's fonts, which shares your IP address with Google.
Who receives data
We use service providers to run the site: Lovable and Supabase (hosting and database), Cloudflare (delivery), Resend (email), Google Fonts (fonts) and, when sales open, Stripe (payments) and our print and delivery partners. Comment-to-message tools receive what you send them on Instagram. We do not sell your information.
International transfers
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and Canada. We rely on their contractual safeguards where the law requires them.
How long we keep it
